For over two decades, we have remained relentlessly focused on pushing the boundaries of Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molding technology, establishing ourselves as a premium global benchmark in multi-shot/2K overmolding and turnkey system integration.

We operate a wholly-owned, 30,000m² modernized intelligent equipment manufacturing base, featuring an independent high-precision custom toolroom and heavy-duty machinery assembly workshops. To command LSR molding precision at a microscopic level, TYM has heavily invested in an elite processing mother-machine arsenal, including Germany's Röders ultra-high-speed CNCs, Japan's Okuma machining centers, Japan's Sodick CNC mirror EDMs, and Japan's Okamoto precision grinders. From cavity execution to whole-cell integration, 100% in-house quality control enables us to effortlessly pass the most stringent vendor audits from global medical and automotive Tier 1 giants.
