The defining feature of the core movable mold is its combination of movable core bars and exchangeable inserts — all built on the same mold base. The core movable (lifter) mold uses lifters or core-pulling mechanisms specifically to address undercut features on a part's inner wall — internal threads, grooves, or recessed structures. Since these mechanisms sit inside the part rather than outside, this is the key molding solution for products with complex internal geometry, such as internally-threaded fittings, check valves, and battery seal rings.
