Vertical LSR Injection Molding Machine
TYM vertical LSR injection molding machine is designed for liquid silicone rubber part production that requires stable vertical mold opening and closing, precision injection control, compact machine layout, and flexible integration with dosing systems, precision molds, and automation options. It supports silicone component production for medical, automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and daily-use product applications.
The vertical machine will open and close the mold in the vertical direction. The double slide plate can be installed with one upper mold and two lower molds. It can cooperate with the double station operation to improve the production efficiency, and is more suitable for the production of rubber coated products of silica gel package inserts.
The machine features a vertical mold-opening and closing mechanism with a rotary table and dual lower molds integration, design for a single-operator station. Its servo-driven rotary ensures high repeatability in rotational positioning and speed. Ideal for producing LSR overmolded parts and components with complex part-removal structures. The configuration also facilitates robotic arm integration to achieve fully automated vertical production.
