Liquid silicone has the characteristics of high transparency, soft, resilient, non-toxic and tasteless, it is widely used in the maternal and child industry, especially the silicone baby nipple. Most of the baby nipple are made of liquid silicone by LSR injection molding machine, now I will introduce to you how to produce the liquid silicone baby feeding nipple.

If you wan to produce the silicone baby nipple, below 8 equipment are required for production.

1.LSR injection molding machine

1.LSR cold runner mold of baby nipple

3. LSR raw material

4. Air compressor

5.Chiller

6.Oven

7.Punching machine

8.Package machine

The production process of silicone baby nipple like below

1. Install the material barrel on dosing unit

2. Connect the chiller and air compressor to machine and turn on them

3. Install the cold runner nipple mold on the machine and connect the chiller and air compressor, then heat the mold to the temperature you set.

4. Operate the LSR machine to inject LSR raw material into the mold for molding, then automation demolding by air blew or robot arm to achieve automation production

5. Put the nipple into the oven , use 200° Celsius for 4 hours.

6. Use punching machine to punch the hole and air intake valve of nipple

7. Use package machine to package the nipple
