W170 Horizontal LSR & Plastic DualMaterial Injection Molding Machine,can be used for manufacturing baby pacifiers, medical intravenous needle caps, automotive wiring harnesses, and menstrual cups.
Direct pressure mould opening and closing system, horizontal injection structure, it can adjust the mould faster, and control the position more precisely. It is more suitable for producing the LSR parts which can be automatically removed from the mould.

Higher mold parallelism and precision, minimizing flash: The hinge-type locking mold structure enables the moving mold plate to precisely follow the mold during the locking force establishment process, ensuring an extremely high mold plate parallelism (up to 0.02mm/100mm or less), suitable for medical sealing parts, precision washers, and other high-precision products.
2. Uniform locking force distribution, more suitable for multi-cavity molds: The hinge-type structure ensures that the locking force is evenly distributed over the entire mold plate surface. This means that even with large multi-cavity molds, the edge cavities can obtain the same locking force as the central cavities, ensuring consistency of all cavity products and significantly improving the production yield of multi-cavity molds.
3. More flexible mold installation dimensions, no guide rods on the mold plate, making the mold installation and operation space more convenient and compatible.
