Introduction

It is made by injecting liquid silicone into a plastic structure. This makes the mask softer and more comfortable to wear. It also makes the silicon mask for industry stronger. This means that fewer masks need to be made, which saves money.
The LSR overmolding process for the overmolded mask involves creating the plastic parts first, loading them into a liquid silicone mould, and then doing a secondary injection moulding of liquid silicone LSR to make a one-piece.
This LSR overmoulded mask is different from the traditional silicone mask. With the traditional silicone mask, the plastic and liquid silicone parts are produced separately, then assembled by hand. This can increase labour and time costs, because the assembly is so time-consuming.
LSR injection molding machine safety precautions
No matter when and where, safety is always the top priority of production-oriented enterprises. First of all, before the normal production operation of the liquid silicone injection machine, the following work must be done:
1, check whether the safety door and the host interlocking is effective, the safety door can not close the mold when it is open.
2, check the safety pin and the host chain is effective, the safety pin should lock the machine when the safety door is open.
3、Check all the emergency stop switch and the host chain is effective, press the emergency stop switch should stop the host action.
4、Check whether the high-pressure oil pipe and its joints are connected effectively and reliably.
Secondly, in the normal production process of liquid silica gel injection machine, must pay attention to the following matters:
1, not allowed in the case of unmonitored machine operation.
2, can not touch the heating pipe.
3, in the robot is not allowed to stand under the people.
4, in the process of changing the lsr overmolding should pay attention to safety, mold below, changing the mold table guide rail can not stand.
5, the equipment in the process of operation is not allowed to touch its moving parts, such as the item plate, lsr overmolding thickness adjustment device.
